This research paper examines a program for acquiring the four skills of reading, thinking, writing, and peer learning. Peer learning is an effective learning method, in addition to being a skill that needs to be nurtured in a new concept of liberal arts education. Peer learning will be incorporated into each of the programs of other techniques. The reading program consists of step 1 to lower the psychological hurdles to reading long sentences, step 2 to understand how to read the sentences, and step 3 to understand long sentences and communicate them to others. The thinking program consists of step 1 to lower the psychological hurdles to thinking itself, step 2 to understand divergent and convergent thinking, and step 3 to understand abstract thinking. The writing program consists of step 1 to correct and critique the writings of others, step 2 to write and critique each other's writings, and step 3 to understand paragraph writing. The integrated program consists of Step 1 that the whole lecture and the mindset for each lecture is conducted, Step 2 that research at the undergraduate level and the mindset for the future are conducted, and Step 3 that students reflect on what they have learned in common introductory courses.
