In this paper, it seems that the establishment and operation of the institution seems to be enriched as far as seeing the treatment of female employees' treatment problems in Japanese companies in case of diversity management company 100 selection award company. However, it is clear that there is a possibility that problems in the system may be caused by the low ratio of female managerial positions with Western countries that still can not be shrunk. Considering that it is indispensable to examine this problem not from sex but from the viewpoint that whether or not treatment is done with objective maximum convincing standards.
