Environmental Management Control Systems can be defined “The process by which managers influence other members of the organization to implement or create the organization’s environmental strategies.” (Ando 2018).Particularly Internal Environmental Management Control researches should be based on actual field research’s findings(ex.Costas and Karreman 2013). But in my experience it is very difficult for us to do participatory fieldwork in Japanese Companies actually. Then I went to U.K. in this spring,and I explained my planning with my co-researcher.
