Tiering system on the amended EIA regulation of Yokohama city

In Yokohama city, The SEA-type system was abolished and integrated in EIA system when EIA regulation was revised. New EIA system inherited some know-how from former system. This presentation is included in results of interview with the administrative officer involved with EIA division about tiering system to conduct reasonable environmental consideration in early step of project planning.
