Summary

CSR Reward is an activity in which a company measures the results of its members' CSR activities using performance evaluation indicators and gives financial reward according to the evaluation. In this presentation, I analyze its function and significance based on the case of OMRON Corporation as a pioneer its practice. The CSR Reward system is a system in which a company motivates the department in charge of top management toward harmony between the social environment and the economy. The significance of this practice is that working on CSR has become a "work itself" for corporate members.
