This study uses "Prefecture-Specific Tourism Influx Statistics" from the Japan Tourism Agency and climate data from the Japan Meteorological Agency to create an analytical dataset. A regression model with quarterly non-resident overnight visitors as the dependent variable, and tourism resources and climate as independent variables, was developed. It compared Hokkaido, Tohoku, northern Kanto, and Kyushu, showing regional variations in significant explanatory variables.
