We have developed a tool for the full automatic one-loop calculation of the MSSM processes, GRACE/SUSY-loop, which is characterized by the gauge symmetric and the on-shell renormalization scheme, and includes the various self-consistency check schemes. We have obtained the result of the thorough investigation of the two-body and three-body decays of charginos in one-loop order in the MSSM computed by GRACE/SUSY-loop. We have also calculated the cross section of the chargino pair production in e+e- annihilation and the subsequent decays by combining the production cross section and the decay rates.
