In this paper, we found that although there was no statistically significant positive or negative reaction to the announcement of the implementation of “Recap CB” for the sample as a whole, equity investors showed negative reactions on average when the sample was limited to the implementation after the announcement of Tokyo Stock Exchange (2017).
