We discuss the possibility of constructing the non-equlibrium TFD of Dirac fields.  We have not obtained any consistent solution.  Moreover, the particle and anti-particle do not compose a consistent Lagrangian.  Thus the most extreme conjecture is that the charge conjugation is broken in the framework of non-equilibrium TFD.
